The Internet can transfer any type of data including text, video and audio.  Basically Internet radio is the transfer of audio data over the Internet to listeners spread across the world!

To make all of this happen for our listeners a few things are required;

#1 - An audio player – Winamp, Media Player, I-tunes or other similar program

#2 - A computer utilizing DSL, Cable or High Speed Broadband

#3 - Computer speakers

#4 - It’s FREE to listen to open microphone broadcasting – registered listeners can access downloadable podcasts in the members areas to enjoy listening to a variety of pre-recorded or older broadcasts.  Anyone can download the podcasts and listen on their computers, or on an mp3 player!
